Viewing GuardPoints

The Status Bar on the GuardPoints tab of a client shows the total number of GuardPoints on the client, and inactive, disabled, active, and unknown GuardPoints. The Status Bar contains the following tabs:

  • Total GuardPoints: Shows the total number of GuardPoints with all types of health status.

  • Inactive: Shows the number of inactive GuardPoints. An inactive GuardPoint is enabled but not yet applied.

  • Disabled: Shows the number of disabled GuardPoints. The CTE client does not enforce protection on disabled GuardPoints. However, references to the GuardPoints exist in the CipherTrust Manager configuration.

  • Active: Shows the number of active GuardPoints. An active GuardPoint is deployed successfully and connection to the CTE Agent is healthy. The CTE client enforces protection on active GuardPoints.

  • Unknown: Shows the number of GuardPoints whose status is unclear.

Click each tab to filter the GuardPoints. The GuardPoints list displays details of the GuardPoints on the client.
