SafeNet Agent for Password Self-Service
Build Number: v3.1.0.54
Release Notes – This document describes capabilities, resolved issues, limitations, and known issues for different product releases.
Product Description
When corporate passwords are required to grant access to web-based applications, enterprises often face a challenge with the management of expired and forgotten passwords. It becomes hard to manage user expectations, resource allocations, and security considerations simultaneously, often leading to bottlenecks within the process.
To address this issue, we offer an out-of-the-box, self-service password management solution. The SafeNet Agent for Password Self-Service enables users to reset or change their domain password using any configured STA authentication method. This solution keeps the user turnaround time to a minimum.
Users can also customize the language from within the agent. For more details, see Language Customization. However, the agent specific language customization from STA is not supported.
