Install Unrestricted JCE Policy Files

To use crypto operations, download and install the encryption policy files in DB2.

Steps

1. Visit the IBM official website and download the jurisdiction policy files.

2. Copy the downloaded files and replace them in:

           <VWSPATH>/java/jdk32/jre/lib/security           
           OR
           <VWSPATH>/java/jdk64/jre/lib/security
   

3. Restart the database server.
