Run flows
This section describes how to execute IO flows using Flow URLs and IDs.
To start a flow, you can use the Copy Flow URL function. This option is available both within IO and from the Flow list, by clicking the corresponding button. The copied URL can then be used to trigger the flow.
Library flows cannot be executed as standalone flows. They are designed to be reused and invoked by other flows, rather than run independently.
Run a flow from the flow list
-
Open the left sidebar, select Visual Identity Orchestrator from the menu and the desired flow category.
-
On the right part of the table, under column actions, click on the Copy Flow URL button to copy the flow URL to the clipboard.
-
Paste it into your browser to execute the flow.
Run a flow from IO Designer
-
Open the desired flow.

It is also possible to use the Copy Flow ID function to copy only the flow identifier to the clipboard, without copying the full URL.

On the right part of the table, under column actions, click on the Copy ID button to copy the flow ID to the clipboard.
