Customize voice OTP messages
You can customize the voice OTP messages that are sent by the virtual server.
Alphanumeric PINs and alphanumeric OTP values are not supported with Voice OTP.

On the SAS console, select Comms > Communications > Voice OTP Messages.

Select Custom.

Select a Voice OTP Message Type.
The voice message types and corresponding text are listed below:
Message type Message text New Challenge/Response A new authenticator has been assigned to <USER_ID>. Your temporary PIN is <VOICE_PIN>. Your temporary PIN is <VOICE_PIN>. You will receive a passcode during your next authentication. New PIN Please enter the passcode <NEXT_VOICE_OTP> and your new PIN <VOICE_PIN>. Please enter the passcode <NEXT_VOICE_OTP> and your new PIN <VOICE_PIN>. New PIN Change Next Please enter the passcode <NEXT_VOICE_OTP> and your temporary PIN <VOICE_PIN>. Please enter the passcode <NEXT_VOICE_OTP> and your temporary PIN <VOICE_PIN>. Your temporary PIN must be changed during the next authentication. New Quick Log A new authenticator has been assigned to <USER_ID>. Your temporary PIN is <VOICE_PIN>. Your temporary PIN is <VOICE_PIN>. The passcode is <NEXT_VOICE_OTP>. The passcode is <NEXT_VOICE_OTP>. New Quick Log with no PIN A new authenticator has been assigned to <USER_ID>. The passcode is <NEXT_VOICE_OTP>. The passcode is <NEXT_VOICE_OTP>. Next OTP Please enter your PIN and passcode together <NEXT_VOICE_OTP>. Please enter your PIN and passcode together <NEXT_VOICE_OTP>. Next OTP with no PIN Please enter the passcode <NEXT_VOICE_OTP>. Please enter the passcode <NEXT_VOICE_OTP>. Test Successful The voice configuration test was successful. Thank you! No notification is sent for a challenge/response token that is enrolled without a PIN.
