This API gets information of a user.

Input Parameters

| adminPassword | Password for the admin user. |
| userName | Name of the user for whom information is to be retrieved. |
| certAlias | Client certificate alias for making SSL connections (optional). |
| certPass | Password for the provided certificate alias (optional). |
