Support Catalogue
Use the Support Catalogue feature to efficiently apply secure packages, updates, and patches directly to your devices from CCC. The process involves the following steps:
Access the Support Catalogue page through the menu bar at the top.
Before applying a secure package, ensure that the device version is 7.3 or above, and the Rest API version is 7 or above.
Initiate the upload process by clicking the Upload Package button.
Use the pop-up window to navigate to and select the .tar file downloaded from the Thales Customer Support portal. Then click the Upload button.
Optionally, validate the uploaded package by entering its associated checksum value, as provided in the support portal.
Apply the uploaded package to a device by selecting the Apply Package button.
You can apply the package to a device immediately or defer the action to a later point in time.
Choose the target device from the provided list and proceed by clicking Next.
Use the Device Info tab to validate the device-related information, including host name, appliance version, firmware version, and serial number. Once done, press the Continue button.
Confirm your action by typing Proceed in the Confirm tab, then click the Apply Package button. This process may take up to 20 minutes to complete. Once finished, the device will undergo a reboot before coming back online.

Upgrade the firmware: After completing the appliance software upgrade, access the Devices page from the top menu bar, select the upgraded device, and scroll to the Authorization tab to re-authorize the device. Next, click the General tab and press Update Firmware. Once done, go to the Capabilities tab, click Refresh, and then return to the General tab to verify that the Current Firmware Version reflects the latest version.
To support the firmware upgrade, please ensure that devices are updated to version 7.2 or higher.
