Publishing Public JSON Web Key Set (JWKS) at /Certs
Use GET /v1/cckm/GoogleWorkspaceCSE/endpoints/{id}/certs to allow KACLS to publish their public JWKS at /certs. This key is to be used by other KACLS instances to verify KACLS JWTs that are issued by this KACLS instance.
